The Fast Fruit guarantee system has been designed to include transversally all stakeholders in the entire supply chain: each fruit and vegetable product is accompanied by certifications and subjected to several multi-level controls starting from its harvest and up to its arrival at your warehouse.

Self-control is undoubtedly the key to our success in terms of food safety: we certainly do not wait for a law to impose optimal selection and treatment criteria on our goods.

We know our fruit and vegetables well because we select our suppliers with extreme care on the basis of the objective guarantees they are able to give us.

We refer, among many criteria, to the results of multi-residual chemical examinations, to the conformity of packaging and labelling and to the certifications able to guarantee that no product is a GMO.

In addition, we have structured a plan of chemical analysis of our products whose frequency is well above the minimum required by law.

The entire Fast Fruit Team is periodically involved in training sessions to ensure their maximum preparation in the field of food safety and is therefore qualified to identify in advance and independently any possible risk in every phase of the processing of goods (from cold rooms to vans used for transport).

Our attention extends, with the same punctiliousness, to each specific work process that involves the members of our Team. Safety at work is in fact without doubt one of our main concerns.

Each member of the Fast Fruit Team is included in a general training course and, for each single task he or she carries out, in vertical courses for each activity (for example, preparation of orders or loading and unloading of goods from vans).
